Phillip built Turner & Townsend Facilities Management from nothing and then sold it to investment bank Nomura. He spent the past 6 years in private equity vehicles developing the support service side of numerous companies. 

Most recently, he moved to Morrison plc where he is managing director of Morrison Facilities Services, which specialises in repairs and maintenance to the social housing market. 

Morrison is currently developing models for moving the social housing market into all inclusive output specifications away from traditional term maintenance contracts.

Phillip is a strong believer in putting the resident at the front of any housing service and in recognising the part played by the contractor in creating a sustainable community.
