Marilyn Standley, Director - Facio Consult

After her degree in Psychology, Marilyn worked in all aspects of HR for a variety of organisations. This lead to a role as facilities director for the Longman Group, followed by responsibility for a major New Building Development project.

Marilyn joined Chesterton/Workplace Management as HR director and later became operations director. In November 1998 she was appointed by WSP to lead its FM division and to develop new market sectors.

She resigned as MD of WSP FM at the end of 2001 and now runs Facio Consult.

A LITTLE KNOWN FACT:

Marilyn is interested in graphology and often makes character assessments on the basis of a person’s handwriting – for subsequent checking when she meets them in person!
