Jamie Reynolds, COO - Managed Support Services

Jamie is Chief Operating Officer of building services and compliance company Managed Support Services. He is responsible for expanding the MSS business and achieving market penetration through organic growth and strategic acquisitions.

Prior to joining MSS, he was Chief Executive Officer for GSH Group. He has more than 15 years' experience in the facilities management industry having held a number of senior management positions.

Jamie has a degree in Business Management and has been awarded a number of industry accolades commending his achievements, including FMA’s FM Manager of the Year. He was also named one of BIFM’s Top 35 under 35s.

Keep it simple and real. Our industry is about people and service – don’t lose touch and overcomplicate things.

A LITTLE KNOWN FACT:

I failed my first interview test at GSH after someone thought I was applying to be a receptionist.
