  • Asset Management - QFM maintains a register of assets, with a comprehensive repository of all incidents during the lifetime of an asset. The system supports the depreciation and subsequent disposal of assets and range of analysis tools enable effective cost tracking and performance evaluation.
  • Planned Preventative Maintenance - QFM enables the intelligent scheduling of planned maintenance activities and testing of assets and equipment. The system stores details of frequency and start date of maintenance schedules along with the priority and contractor.

  • Mobile Workforce Management via handheld PDA – QFM Mobile provides complete mobile workforce tracking and accountability. The software fully supports the requirements of field-based contractors and engineers by supporting real-time creation, monitoring and management of work requests, condition surveys, inspections and quality audits.
  • PFI/PPP Automated Payment Mechanism – QFM is the most customisable PFI / PPP fee abatement software available in the market. The software fully manages and automates the abatement process by providing a template of pre-determined, user defined parameters for qualifying and measuring maintenance and services. Service fees are calculated quickly and accurately, ensuring time sensitive reports can be efficiently produced on demand.   • Property Management – QFM centralises real-time property information in order to reduce administration costs, manage the risks and opportunities associated with a managing or letting a property portfolio, and control income or operating expense
  • Invoicing – QFM provides specialist functionality for service providers, allowing them to invoice for contracted work and retain complete control over billing, rates and margins.
