Contract Trends Survey 2010

Welcome to the 2010 i-FM Contract Trends Survey - this survey is now closed

This survey looks at how facilities services are supplied, why and what trends FM Directors, Managers and other decision-makers see in the broad contract landscape.

Whether you are a service buyer or a supplier, you will know that FM is a big, competitive and - at times - confusing marketplace. Is the single or bundled service contract the preferred option; or has there been a swing towards integrated service solutions? Are contract lengths and values falling; or has recession made long-term relationships a preferred strategy?

The i-FM Contract Trends Survey will take only a couple of minutes to complete. It is entirely anonymous and data will only be published in aggregated form – though if you add your contact details at the end of the survey you will automatically be entered into our competition for the latest Apple iPad (and your anonymity will still be protected, of course).

Over the years, i-FM's market surveys have generated considerable interest in the sector. For any facilities manager, the results provide an invaluable point of reference for benchmarking an organisation’s activity, whilst also presenting a clear and up-to-date analysis of the industry's attitudes to suppliers and services.

Suppliers will gain an insight into how clients award and manage contracts and what they think of the services they currently receive. Suppliers will also gain practical benefits from the survey report by using the findings to review their offerings, ensuring they are aligned with marketplace experience and expectations.

At i-FM, we really do appreciate the time and effort it takes to complete surveys – and we like to make it worth your while

This year we are offering the chance to win Apple’s newest must-have, the iPad. The lucky winner will also receive a free one-year licence to i-FM.

(If it’s you and you prefer, you can waive the prize and donate its value to a charity of your choice.)
